DUAL ACTION ® AGITATOR

The Kenmore DUAL ACTION ® Agitator gives you flexible fabric care for even your largest loads.

The best cleaning action in your washer

takes place at the bottom where the agi- tator vanes move back and forth to flex

the fabric, loosen- ing the soil.

The upper portion of the agitator moves in only one direction to help you wash larger loads. The clock- wise rotation of the agitator forces the clothes on top down to the bottom where most

of the cleaning action takes

place.

UNDERSTANDING NORMAL

WASHER SOUNDS

Your new washer may make sounds that your old one didn't. Because the sounds are unfamiliar, you may be concerned about them.

The following describes some of the normal sounds you may hear and what causes them.

During Washing

When you select a small load size setting for a small wash load, your washer has a lower water level. With this lower water level, you may hear a clicking sound from the upper portion of the agitator.

During Drain

The rate that water is drained from your washer depends on your installation. If water is drained quickly from the washer, you may hear air being pulled through the pump. This happens during the end of draining,

After Drain and Before Spin

When the cycle changes from draining

to spinning, you may hear a noise as the gearcase shifts.

The Kenmore washer is a popular choice among homeowners, offering a blend of advanced technology, efficiency, and user-friendly features. Known for their exceptional performance, Kenmore washers come in both top-loading and front-loading designs, catering to a range of preferences and laundry needs.

One of the standout features of Kenmore washers is their advanced cleaning technology. Many models are equipped with powerful wash action systems that penetrate fabrics deeply, ensuring that dirt and stains are effectively removed. The Triple Action Agitator in some top-loading models provides enhanced motion to deliver a thorough clean, while front-loading washers utilize high-efficiency tumbling to provide a gentle yet effective washing process.

In terms of energy efficiency, Kenmore washers are designed to meet ENERGY STAR standards, helping consumers save on both water and electricity costs. This eco-friendly approach is reinforced with features such as Soil Level, which enables users to customize wash cycles based on the level of dirt on their clothes. Additionally, the Adaptive Wash Technology senses fabric types and load size, adjusting the wash cycle settings for optimal performance.

Kenmore washers also offer a range of wash cycles and options, allowing users to tailor their washing experience to their specific needs. For instance, the Express Wash cycle is perfect for quickly cleaning lightly soiled items, while the Deep Fill option ensures that larger loads have enough water for a thorough wash. Moreover, many models include a Sanitize cycle, which eliminates 99.9% of household bacteria, making them ideal for washing bed linens and towels.

User convenience is a priority for Kenmore, and this is evident in features such as the SmartDispense Technology. Furthermore, many Kenmore washers come with a large capacity drum, accommodating bulky items such as comforters and bedding with ease.

Overall, the Kenmore washer combines cutting-edge features with practical characteristics, making it a reliable option for modern households. With its commitment to efficiency, versatility, and user satisfaction, Kenmore continues to be a trusted brand in laundry appliances.
