If at anytime the following error messages are displayed in the Infobubble™ please follow our recommendations before calling a Service Engineer.

No hot/cold fill.

Check the water supply, inlet

 

valve and hot and cold hose

 

connections (see ‘Connect to the

 

Water Supply’ on page 6).

A fault with the water heating

has occurred.

 

Call for a Service Engineer.

Water is not being pumped out

and a flood condition could occur.

Check the drainage hose is raised to the recommended minimum height and that it is not blocked (see ‘Connect to a Drainage System’ on page 7). If it still not working, call for a Service Engineer.

E16

Extremely high water level.

Disconnect or turn off the water

 

 

supply and ensure that the water

 

 

level does not rise anymore.

 

 

Call for a Service Engineer.

Door not closed properly

(see ‘Interlocking Door System’

 

 

on page 9).

A motor drive problem has occurred.

Try running the programme again. If the problem persists call for a Service Engineer.

Customer language and wash programme have not been saved,system will run with default conditions (1000rpm max and English language).

Call for a Service Engineer to re-program your appliance.
