OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Plug the DryGuy™ Wide-Body™ into any standard 120 Volt 60 Hz electrical outlet.

2.) The DryGuy™ Wide-Body™ dries two pair of Ski boots at once or ski boots and ski gloves all together or snowboard boots and gloves simultaneously and all other types of shoes: hiking, golf, basketball, soccer, and all other cleated and athletic shoes simultaneously. The DryGuy™ Wide-Body™ dries Children’s shoes and mittens effortlessly as well.

3.) Carefully slide footwear, ski boots, or gloves onto drying nozzles being careful not to restrict air flow at the bottom or block air flow into the blower assembly.

4.) Place ski boots on drying nozzles with buckles facing away from one another.

5.) Select the heat or no heat setting by pressing the rocker switch at the bottom of the motor housing.

6.) Turn timer knob clockwise to the 180 minute mark to initially activate the timer, then turn knob counter-clockwise back to desired drying time.

Helpful Tips:

1.) When placing gloves or mittens or children’s boots and shoes onto the drying nozzles be sure not to pinch air circulation.

2.) We recommend all footwear be dried after every use to help prevent bacteria and fungus growth; the primary cause of odor.

3.) Smaller footwear and garments will dry quicker than larger items.

4.) Your energy efficient DryGuy™ Wide-Body™ heats to a gentle temperature of around 100° Fahrenheit and uses “Forced Air” technology to quietly and quickly dry wet garments, but does not generate a forceful air stream that could possibly damage sensitive garments. At first you may suspect the unit is not operating properly. We recommend you place

the back of your hand near the drying nozzles so you will better feel the gently warmed air stream.

Operation Time:

1 to 3 hours – avoid over-drying!

Drying time varies depending upon extent of moisture, temperature and humidity and size of footwear and garments

We normally recommend a minimum of one hour drying time every time your boots are used.

While in operation, the unit although relatively quiet, produces minimal noise. This is a normal condition and does not indicate a problem.

Maintenance:

Use only mild soap and a damp cloth to clean the DryGuy™ Wide-Body™. Never let any liquid get inside the motor; never immerse any part of the motor into liquid.
