Fabric symbols

Drying tips

Check the following fabric symbols: ￿￿= drying at normal temperature.

￿￿= drying at a lower temperature: Press theLow Heat button too

or select￿￿ (super delicate drying).

￿= do not tumble2dry.

Do not tumble2dry the following fabrics:

-Airtight fabrics (e.g.￿rubber2coated fabrics).

-Delicate materials (silk, curtains made from synthe

tic material) they2 may crease.

-Dripping2wet laundry high2 energy consump￿ tion.

-Wool or fabrics containing wool, unless you use the woollens basket (see page￿24).

-Observe the manufacturer's instructions.

obtain

a

uniform

drying result, sort the laundr

by

fabric

type and

drying programme.

-Fasten zips, hooks and eyes. Tie loose belts, apron strings etc. together.

- Do

not over2dry easy2care laundry:

This may

creasing. Allow laundry to finish

drying in

the

-Do not iron laundry immediately after drying. Leav laundry folded up for a short while. This helps t

residual moisture to distribute evenly.

-Knitted fabrics (e.g. T2shirts, jerseys) often shrink slightly the first time they are tumble2dried. Do n use the •very dry"/•extra dry" programmes.
