If you want to send a test call to a station that is not in your directory, select Manual. The radio prompts you to enter the MMSI number you want to call. Enter the MMSI number the same way you enter directory entries (see page 19). Enter all nine digits and press

When another station sends you a test call, the radio displays the test request screen.
To acknowledge the test call, select Reply. To reject the test call, select Cancel.

If you want the radio to automatically reply to all test calls, you can reply.
