Connections for intercom feature
Calling IB-782’s telephones
1.Pick up the receiver and listen for the dial tone.
2.Dial party’s extension number, then press the [#] button. For example, if the party’s extension number is “2,” dial [2], [#].
3.Talk with party.
Note: The busy tone sounds if an invalid extension number is dialed. Hang up the receiver and dial again.
4.Hang up the receiver upon completion of the call.
Calling communication unit’s telephones
1.Pick up the receiver and dial “0” (number for connecting with Inmarsat services). Listen for the dial tone.
2.Press the [*] button, dial party’s extension number, then press the [#] button. For example, if the party’s extension number is “2,” dial [*], [2], [#]. Dial “0” to call the communication unit’s handset.
3.Talk with party.
4.Hang up the receiver upon completion of the call.
