CLEANING ELEMENT:

Remove the element from the pre-cleaner Clean the element with solvent

Apply SAE30 motor oil with 7~9 cc, and squeeze out excess oil before re-installing.

CLEAN THE ELEMENT WITH KEROSENE WHEN DIRTY. AFTER THE CLEANING, LUBRICATE IT MIXED OIL (KEROSENE 2~4: ENGINE OIL 1), SQUEEZE OUT THE OIL, AND REPLACE IT. AND CLEAN IT MORE

OFTEN WHEN OPERATING IN DUSTY CONDITIONS.

MAKE SURE ALL SAFETY DEVICES ARE OPERATIONAL BEFORE THIS MACHINE IS STARTED. MAKE SURE ENGINE IS TURNED OFF AND SPARK PLUG WIRE DISCONNECTED BEFORE SERVICING THE MACHINE OR COMING IN CONTACT WITH ANY MOVING PART. IF EQUIPMENT IS POWERED BY AN ELECTRIC MOTOR DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL PLUG.

CAUTION

 

1.

Check that all bolts are tight.

 

2.

Before operation, check oil level at the sight gauge located

 

 

on the operator’s side of the oil tank. Fill the oil tank to the

 

 

“H” level using only outboard (2-stroke) oil.

Fill the fuel tank. Use only regular unleaded gasoline.

4. To start the engine: Turn the ignition switch to the “on”

 

 

 

position. Open the fuel-cock located under the fuel tank.

 

 

Close the choke lever located on the carburetor and pull

 

 

starter rope. When engine starts, open choke fully.

 

5.

Should the engine become difficult to start, open the drain

cock located on the lower side of the crankcase and discharge any excess fuel by cranking the engine 2 or 3 times.

6.Allow the engine to warm up for 4 to 5 minutes before operation.

7.To begin operation, move the throttle lever quickly from the “start” to the “run” or “on” position.

8.Remember to close the engine drain-cock after starting to ensure proper operation.

9.When operation is complete, stop the engine by turning the ignition switch to the “off” position.

10.Note: Transport the machine with the fuel-cock in the “off” position only.
