3.2.3 Advanced BIOS Features

• Blank Boot[Disabled] (* Advantech feature enhancement)

This item allows system only displays blank screen during BIOS Post stage.

• POST Beep[Enabled] (* Advantech feature enhancement)

This item allows system send out Beep sound during BIOS Post stage.

• CPU Feature

This item allows user to adjust CPU features, CPU ratio, VID and Ther- mal and special feature like XD flag.

• Hard Disk Boot Priority

This item allows user to select boot sequence for system device HDD, SCSI, RAID.

• Virus Warning[Disabled]

This item allows user to choose the VIRUS Warning feature for IDE Hard Disk boot sector protection.

• CPU L3 Cache [Enabled]

This item allows user to enable CPU L3 cache.

• CPU L2 Cache ECC Checking [Enabled]

This item allows user to enable CPU L2 cache and ECC checking func- tion.

• Quick Power On Self Test[Enabled]

This field speeds up the Power-On Self Test (POST) routine by skipping retesting a second, third and forth time. Setup setting default is enabled.
