Troubleshooting

No sound output.

No sound output when DVD source is playing.

There is music but no microphone vocals.

The remote control is not working.

Make sure the KR-3808 PRO is set to the correct input.

Make sure the volume is turned up.

Make sure everything is connected firmly and properly.

Make sure there are no defective cables.

Make sure all of your components are turned on.

Make sure the KR-3808 PRO is set to the DVD input.

Make sure the rear DVD volume is turned up.

Make sure the microphone is turned on.

Make sure the microphone cable is not disconnected or damaged.

Make sure the microphone master volume or individual microphone volume controls are turned up to the proper level.

The KR-3808 PRO power is not on. Make sure the main power switch is on.

Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly and not out of power.

Make sure there is nothing blocking the view between the remote control and the remote sensor on the front of the KR-3808 PRO.
