3.To improve the efficiency of DrumXtreme software, and also to insure that your drum-beats can be synchronized to music playing on the CD-ROM, please close other software programs that normally run in the background (such as Anti-virus programs or other monitoring software).

4.You may also need to close other software application programs that may be currently open.

7.2Starting the DrumXtreme Software Program

Note: While running DrumXtreme software, do not remove either the USB cable or the Music CD during play without first exiting the program. There are two ways to start the DrumXtreme software program.

Method 1: From your Windows® Desktop, double-click the icon for “DrumXtreme”

Method 2: Click “Start” and then “Programs”, and select “DrumXtreme”

After starting the DrumXtreme software program, the “Initial Menu” appears as shown in Figure 12 below.
