Q6: I have a YAMAHA 724 chip sound card and do not get any sound when using the Drum Xtreme?

A6: The DrumXtreme does not support the sound card for the YAMAHA 724 chip. Call Pacific Digital at 888-999-0732 for consultation regarding sound cards.

Q7: Why are there two to three sounds of the drum heard when playing the Digital Drum and the Music Game at once?

A7: Please adjust the sensitivity level to low sensitivity 6-8 for a heavy beating player and adjust the sensitivity level to a higher level 1-3 for softer playing.

Q8: How can I produce the best sound quality?

A8: The Pacific Digital Drum Xtreme using hi quality sound samples. For the best the quality sound output, we advise installing the drum unit on a computer with a 16bit or higher sound card, and 3 piece or greater speaker system, with separate sub woofer.
