INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

THE FOLLOWING SECTION LISTS THE INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS AND REGULATIONS

A competent person in accordance with the current Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations or the rules in force and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions must install the appliance; failure to do so could lead to prosecution.

The following are the relevant Codes of Practice and British Standards.

The Building Regulations issued by the Department of the Environment. The Building Standards (Scotland) (Consolidation) Regulations issued by the Scottish Development Department.
