Remove the lower nut from the main electrode (A12) and insert the electrode with the gas collector box into the hole in the bottom of the body. The open face of the gas collector box must face towards the back of the barbecue body. Secure with the nut removed earlier.

Fit the Burner (A2) into the Body (A5) ensuring the burner venturi tubes are over the ends of the gas valves. They are a loose fit and not a gas tight seal. Secure the Burner with the Screws (D4);
