Attach two front casters (DN) and two back casters with locks (DM) to the bottom shelf weldment (DF), using the wrench (hardware No.14).

Assemble lower left side panel (DC) and lower right side panel (DD) to the bottom shelf weldment (DF), using hardware No. 2, 4, 3, and 5 (x6).

Attach the upper rail (DH) to both side panels, using hardware

No. 6, 7, and 8 (x4).
