Warranty

GF Health Products, Inc. guarantees the Designer Professional Combo Kit with Aneroid Blood Pressure Unit and Sprague-Style Stethoscope Model 100-040 free from defects in material and workmanship for

a period of two years from the date of purchase when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and provided the product receives proper care and maintenance. If within such warranty period any such product shall be proven to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced, at Graham-Field’s option. The warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement part(s) installation or any associated freight or shipping charges to the manufacturer. Graham-Field’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement.

The warranties contained herein contain all the representations and warranties with respect to the subject matter of this document, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect thereto. The recipient of this document hereby acknowledges and represents that it has not relied on any representation, assertion, guarantee, warranty, collateral contract or other assurance, except those set out in this document.
