2.Desenrolle el brazalete. Está preformado para que usarlo sea más fácil.

3.Retire la ropa justa de la parte superior del brazo izquierdo. Envuelva la parte superior del brazo izquierdo con el brazalete como se muestra. El tubo de goma debe apuntar en la dirección de su mano. El borde inferior del brazalete debe encontrarse a 0,8"~1,2" (2~3 cm) por encima del codo con el tubo colocado sobre el medio del brazo.

4.Ubique la arteria principal presionando con dos dedos aproximadamente 1" (2 cm) por encima del doblez del codo del lado interior del brazo izquierdo. Identifique dónde se siente más fuerte el pulso. Ésa es la arteria principal.

5.Coloque el área roja del brazalete en el interior del brazo

izquierdo con el símbolo de arteria () sobre la arteria principal.

6.Para asegurar el brazalete, tire del extremo hacia usted, envuélvalo sobre el brazalete, luego presione el gancho y el cierre juntos.

Nota: si no es posible colocar el brazalete en su brazo izquierdo, también lo puede colocar en su brazo derecho. Sin embargo, todas las mediciones deben realizarse usando el mismo brazo.
