Manufacturer and Samsung America assume no responsibility for injuries, damages or penalties incurred or suffered resulting from the use of this product in an improper man- ner or manner or location other than for that for which it is intended, or from fail- ure to heed any warning, disclaimer or instruction.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
