ATTACHING THE ARM CUFF

4Pull the end of the arm cuff outwards so that the cuff is snug around your arm and then secure the end to the Velcro.

• Carefully place the cuff on your arm, taking care to use the correct tightness. The tightness is correct if you can readily slide a fi nger between the cuff and your arm.
