PRODUCT SAFETY SYMBOLS

The symbols below are used on the wheelchair to identify warnings, mandatory actions, and prohibited actions. It is very important for you to read and understand them completely.

Read and follow the information in the owner’s manual.

Keep your hands, clothing, and all other objects away from the tires when driving. Do not allow any personal belongings to drag behind the wheelchair when driving. Be aware that loose-fitting clothing or other objects can become caught in the drive wheels and/or they may become entangled in the rearing gear.

Avoid exposure to rain, snow, ice, salt, or standing water whenever possible. Maintain and store in a clean and dry condition.

Disposal and recycling—Contact your Quantum Rehab Provider for information on proper disposal and recycling of your Pride product and its packaging.
