V . D E S C R I P T I O N

Key Switch

This switch enables you to power up (turn on) and power down (turn off) your Wrangler.

νFully insert the key into the key switch to power up your Wrangler.

νPull the key out to power down your Wrangler.

WARNING! If you remove the key from the key switch while your Wrangler is in motion, the electronic brakes engage and your Wrangler comes to an abrupt stop!

Tiller Adjustment Lever

This lever allows you to adjust the tiller between four different positions. For tiller adjustment instructions, see VIII. “ComfortAdjustments.”

Throttle Control Levers

These levers allow you to control your Wrangler’s forward and reverse speed up to the maximum speed you preset on the speed adjustment dial. For instructions on how to operate your Wrangler’s throttle control, see VII. “Operation.”

Horn Button

This button activates a warning horn.

νEnsure the key is fully inserted into the key switch and push the horn button to sound the horn.

Battery Conditon Meter

When your Wrangler’s key is fully inserted, this meter indicates the approximate battery voltage strength. For further information on battery charging, see VI. “Batteries and Charging.”

Speed Adjustment Dial

This dial allows you to select and limit your Wrangler’s speed up to the highest speed you set with the 5-10 mph switch.

5-10 MPH Switch

This switch limits the top speed of your Wrangler to either 5 or 10 mph.

νToggle this switch to either 5 or 10 mpg.

NOTE: When driving indoors, it is recommended you set the switch to 5 mph.

Light Switch

This switch turns your Wranglers headlight on and off.

νToggle this switch to the right to turn the light on.

νToggle this switch to the left to turn the light off.
