Front (4-wheel) and Rear (3-4 wheel) Wheel Removal/Replacement

1.Put blocks under the PMV to elevate it. This will keep the PMV from tipping when removing a wheel.

2.Remove the five (5) screws that fasten the wheel to the PMV. See figure 27.

3.Remove the wheel from the PMV.

4.If changing a flat, completely deflate the tire before removing the five (5) screws that hold the rim halves together. See figure 28.

5.Remove and replace the old tube of the pneumatic tire.

6.Reassemble the rim and secure it with the five (5) screws.

7.Reinstall the wheel back onto the PMV and secure it with the five (5) screws.

8.Inflate to 50 psi.

NOTE: When remounting the wheel, mount the spring washers (not shown) between the wheel rim and the screws.
