SOLUTION

Stand up lift feels loose.	Mast/base joint loose.	Tighten the bolt, washer and locknut that secure
	Tie-rods are loose.	the mast to the base.

		Assembly on page 10.

Casters/brakes noisy or stiff.	Fluff or debris in bearings.	Refer to Hydraulic Pump on page 28.
