Diagnostics System

Any fault condition of the controller or scooter will cause the “Power on/diagnostics” LED to flash. The LED light located on the faceplate of the scooter will tell you about the problem in how if flashes.

LED Flashes 1 time, pause, 1 time, and pause. Battery needs recharging of bad connection with battery.

LED Flashes 2 times, pause, 2 times, pause. Bad motor connection. Check all connections between controller and motor.

LED Flashes 3 times, pause, 3 times, pause. Short circuit between motor and battery connection. Contact authorized service facility.

LED Flashes 4 & 5 times. (Not Used)

LED Flashes 6 times, pause, 6 times, pause. Controller inhibited from operation. Disconnect battery charger.

LED Flashes 7 times, pause, 7 times, pause. Throttle fault. Engager levers must be in neutral (centered) position before venicle is turned on. Paddle fault and speed pot fault. Switch vehicle off center levers and switch back on.

LED Flashes 8 times, pause, 8 times, pause. Controller fault. Check all connections.

LED Flashes 9 times, pause, 9 times, pause. Bad parking brake connection. Check parking brake and motor connections.

LED Flashes 10 times, pause, 10 times, pause. Excessive voltage detected at controller. Check battery connections.

Flashing LEDs. Controller has entered Sleep mode. Cycle Key Off/ On to reset.
