Lifetime Warranty

The lifetime warranty includes the structural frame components listed below.

Main metal frame

Rear frame

Fork

Seat post

Frame welds

Two Year Warranty

The following parts are covered by Golden Technologies two year warranty

Battery charger

Controller

One Year Warranty

Drive train

This warranty excludes the following parts:

Batteries*

Tires*

ABS plastic shrouds.

Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, improper operation, main- tenance or storage. Commercial use or use other than the products original purpose.

Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without consent from Golden Technolo- gies.

Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred in repair of the product unless specifically authorized by Golden Technologies. This warranty does not in- clude any labor charges incurred in replacement part installation.

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are ex- cluded. Liabilities for consequential damage are excluded.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

To obtain warranty parts and service, you must have a warranty registration card filed with Golden Technologies. Contact your Golden Technologies authorized dealer for service.

The warranty period commences on the purchase date from the seller/dealer. If the product is rented or otherwise not sold to the consumer, the warranty commences on the invoice date from Golden Technologies.
