•Move slowly along the teeth.
•Take extra care between the teeth and around braces.

• Apply the stream perpendicular to the teeth.
• Take extra care between the teeth and the edge between the teeth and gums.
Back side of the teeth...
For the upper teeth
•Adjust the angle of the nozzle to face upward, and apply the stream
perpendicular to the teeth.
For the lower teeth
• Pull your chin down, and apply the stream perpendicular to the teeth.
•Do not apply the stream directly into the periodontal pockets.
