BEFORE USE

555Try to take your blood pressure measurements at the same time and under the same conditions every day.

●● The ideal time to measure your blood pressure (to obtain your so-called “base blood pressure”) is in the morning just after waking up, before having breakfast and before any major activity or exercise. If this is not possible, however, try to take measurements at a specified time prior to breakfast, and before you have become active. You should relax for about 5 minutes before taking the measurement.

The following situations may cause substantial variations in blood pressure readings and should therefore be avoided at least 30 minutes prior to taking your blood pressure.

Blood pressure will be higher than usual:

-when you are excited or tense

-when you are taking a bath

-during exercising or soon after exercising

-when it is cold

-within one hour after eating

-after drinking coffee, tea or other beverages containing caffeine

-after smoking tobacco

-when your bladder is full

-when in a moving vehicle

Blood pressure will be lower than usual:

-after taking a bath

-after drinking alcohol

EW-BU35 specifications

The Panasonic EW-BU35 is a cutting-edge blood pressure monitor designed to provide accurate and reliable readings with ease of use in mind. It is ideal for both home users and healthcare professionals who require precise blood pressure monitoring.

One of the standout features of the EW-BU35 is its Intelli Wrap Cuff technology, which allows users to place the cuff anywhere around the arm. This innovative design ensures that accurate readings are obtained regardless of the positioning of the cuff, eliminating the common errors associated with improper cuff placement. The cuff itself is designed to fit a wide range of arm sizes, ensuring that it accommodates most users comfortably.

The EW-BU35 employs advanced oscillometric measurement technology, enhancing the accuracy of blood pressure readings. This method detects oscillations in the arterial wall as the cuff deflates, providing reliable systolic and diastolic pressure measurements along with heart rate data. Users can trust the integrity of the readings, as the monitor is clinically validated to meet strict accuracy standards.

Another notable characteristic is the easy-to-read display. The monitor features a large LCD screen that clearly presents blood pressure and heart rate readings with large digits, allowing for easy interpretation of results. Additionally, the device automatically detects and alerts users to any irregular heartbeats, ensuring that individuals can monitor their cardiovascular health more comprehensively.

The EW-BU35 also includes a memory function that stores up to 90 readings for two different users, enabling easy tracking of individual blood pressure trends over time. This feature is particularly beneficial for those managing chronic health conditions, as it provides valuable data that can be shared with healthcare providers during consultations.

For those concerned about portability, the EW-BU35 is lightweight and compact, making it easy to store and transport. The device is powered by AAA batteries, providing convenience without the need for a power outlet, which is ideal for on-the-go monitoring.

In summary, the Panasonic EW-BU35 blood pressure monitor combines technology and user-friendly design to deliver accurate results, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to manage their blood pressure effectively.
