4.Bayer has no knowledge of the performance of the BREEZE Meter when used with any Test Strip Discs other than BREEZE or AUTODISC Test Strip Discs, and therefore makes no warranty of the performance of the BREEZE Meter when used with any Test Strips or Test Strip Discs other than BREEZE or AUTODISC Test Strips or when the BREEZE or AUTODISC Test Strip is altered or modified in any manner.

BAYER MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY FOR THIS PRODUCT. THE OPTION OF REPLACEMENT, DESCRIBED ABOVE, IS BAYER’S ONLY OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BAYER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF BAYER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
