Cleaning

Proper cleaning is important to keep the meter in good condition and is essential for accurate results as well as for infection control measures.

When to Clean the Meter

As required by your institution’s infection control policies.

If dirt, blood, or lint is present.

When an error message appears and the troubleshooting solution indicates cleaning the meter.
