Alante DX/LT Owner’s Manual

V. DISASSEMBLY

To disassemble your Alante DX/LT ™, simply reverse the assembly process. See pages 13-17.

Make certain that the controller power is turned off and that the chair is NOT in freewheel mode before attempting to perform disassembly.

Note: The battery pack weighs 30 pounds on the Alante DX and 27 pounds on the Alante LT. Please get help if you do not feel capable of safely lifting that much weight.

Battery Replacement

Should your battery need replacement; please contact your Golden Technologies representative. Battery replacement requires disassembly of the battery pack and must be performed by a qualified technician.
