Cleaning and care
1 Switch off and unplug the appli- ance immediately after use.
2 Before cleaning, allow the ap- pliance to cool completely. The appliance can become very hot and may take up to 45 minutes to cool.
3 Clean the housing and the ce- ramic plates only with a damp, soft cloth.
Caution
7Never put the appliance or power cord in water or any other liquid. Do not use any cleaning agents.

7Before using the appliance after cleaning, dry all parts carefully using a soft towel.
Storage
7If you do not plan to use the ap- pliance for a long period of time, please store it carefully.
7Make sure it is unplugged, has completely cooled down and is completely dry.
7Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
7Store the appliance in the original box, in a cool, dry place.
7Make sure the appliance is kept out of the reach of children.
