18.During thunderstorms, avoid using telephones except cordless types. There may be a remote risk of electric shock from lightening.
19.Do not use this unit to report a gas leak when in the vicinity of the leak. Please remove yourself immediately from the area and make the emergency phone call in a safe area.
20.Do not modify or tamper with the telephone’s internal components. Improper adjustment can cause damage and may be dangerous.
