Reset your phone

If you cannot set up your phone or if the display is blank or erratic or the New Call Indicator stays on continuously, your phone may have received a pulse of abnormal voltage from the phone line.

To reset the product, simply uninstall all batteries and unplug the AC adaptor from this product. Wait for at least 5 minutes before reinstalling the batteries and then the AC adaptor.

NOTE: All stored data will be lost when the unit is reset. Please write down any important numbers before resetting the phone.
