“MENU/OK” to select Delete All. The display will show “Are You Sure?”. Press “MENU/OK” to delete all Phone Book entries. Press “CANCEL” twice to return to the idle state.

5.8.2 Speed Dial

To access Speed Dial, press the “PHONE BOOK” button, the display shows 1.Phone Book 2.Speed Dial. Press “DOWN” and then press “MENU/OK.” The display now shows the ten speed dial locations M1 through M10. The information in these buttons may be viewed or changed.

5.8.2.1 Speed Dial – View Settings

After accessing the Speed Dial, use the UP or DOWN key to select the desired memory location, then press “MENU/OK” twice. The display will now show Current Setting= XXXXX where XXXXX is the name stored in this location. Press “CANCEL” four times to return to the idle state.

5.8.2.2 Speed Dial – Change Settings

After accessing the Speed Dial, use the UP or DOWN key to select the desired memory location, press “MENU/OK”. Then press the “DOWN” key. Then press “MENU/OK.” The display will now show a listing of names stored in the phone book. Select the information to be stored and press “MENU/OK.” Press “CANCEL” three times to return to the idle state.
