Call Screening

When Call Screening is turned on, you are able to listen to the caller while they are leaving a message.

1.Press the Menu button.

2.Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.

3.Press the Sel/Save button.

4.Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to CALL SCREENING.

5.Press the Sel/Save button.

6.Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ON or OFF.

7.Press the Sel/Save button to save. To start over, press the Exit button to return to the ANSWERING SYS menu.

Remote Password

The 3-digit remote password is required for remote access functions, and it prevents unauthorized access to your answering system.

1.Press the Menu button.

2.Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.

3.Press the Sel/Save button.

4.Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to REMOTE PASSWD.

5.Press the Sel/Save button.

6.Enter the 3 digits code. Press Delete to clear all 3 digits. The default password is 0 0 0.

7.Press the Sel/Save button to save. To start over, press the Exit button to return to the ANSWERING SYS menu.
