		Check that you are using the correct power adaptor plug.
		BT Synergy 3105 base – Item Code 872260.
		BT Synergy 3005 charger – Item Code 003313.
		Check that the handset is sitting correctly in the base.
		Check that the handset batteries have been correctly
		fitted.
