If the other handset does not answer, press INT to talk to the caller again.

Selecting a base to use

If your handset has been registered to more than one base you can select which one it uses. Alternatively, you can select AUTOMATIC and the handset will automatically select and use the base nearest to you.

1.Press Menu to access the menu.

2.Press or to scroll and display REGISTRATION and press OK .

3.Press or until SELECT BASE is displayed and press

OK .

4.Press or to select the base number you want to use or AUTOMATIC and press OK .

As the handset links up with the selected base, BASE SEARCH X.

5.Press OK to confirm and BASE X SELECTED is displayed, then the handset returns to standby.

The base numbers that your handset is registered to are indicated by the * symbol.

X is the number of the selected base.

If the handset loses the link (goes out of range) with the base, you can select AUTOMATIC on the handset to automatically link to the nearest registered base.
