Getting to know your phone

Base

Green Power light

On: power on.

Flashes: when the phone rings, during a call, during handset registration.

On/Off

Switch answering machine on or off.

Vol + / Vol – Increase or decrease speaker volume during play back.

Red Charging light

On: when the handset is on the base.

Find

Press to ring all registered handsets, helpful for finding a missing handset, page 22.

Also used during the registration process, page 53.

<<Skip Press once to repeat the current message, twice to play the previous message.

Answering machine display

When TAM is off:

-- Steadily lit

F/-- F and --

flash alternately when the message memory is full

1-99/-- --

and the number of messages flash alternately when you have new messages

When TAM is on:

F Flashes when the message memory is full and there are new messages

F On when the message memory is full and there are no new messages

0 No messages

1-99Total number of messages. Flashes when you have new messages or On when there are no new messages.

00,01,02,03,04,05 Call screening speaker level when you pressing Vol+/-

Ao Answer Only mode is selected

P1 Playing Answer & Record outgoing message
