Note: If you select pulse, you can still use touch tone menu systems. To activate touch tone temporarily for one call, press * before you dial.

9Set the ring level:

\high ] low ^ off

10 Press flash.

11Set the security code by entering your 3-digit security number. This number can be used to access your answering machine remotely.

12Press flash.

13Set the day of the week by scrolling to the appropriate day.

14Press flash.

15Set the time by entering the time of day and selecting either AM or PM.

16Press flash.

17Set the contrast of the LCD display:

^ dark
