Names and numbers shown in the Caller ID list can be stored in the directory memory.

Select the phone number to be stored from the Caller ID list

by pressing or .

Or press the dial button ( 0 9 ) and select the

number (01–20).

4Press INTERCOM/SELECT.

A beep tone will sound. The number is stored in memory and the display returns to the Caller ID list.

Notes:

You cannot store a Caller ID entry that includes no phone number.

If there is an incoming call or page during memory storing, the operation is cancelled and the telephone is set to receive the incoming call or page.

If a number has already been stored in the selected memory location of the directory,

a confirmation screen is displayed. Press to select Yes.

Press INTERCOM/SELECT to overwrite. The display returns to the Caller ID list.
