Accessing menus using shortcut numbers
All Main menus, menu levels, and menu content items are assigned numbers. All menus and their contents can be accessed using these “Shortcut” numbers.
The following steps are a sample exercise to access Month View:
1.In standby mode, press 
to access the Main menu.
2.Press 
for Calendar.
3.Press 
for Month View.
Call History
Outgoing
To place a call press 
to power on your phone. The phone first shows an animated sequence and the icons discussed earlier display, this indicates your phone is on. (No dial tone will be heard). This is called standby mode.
1.Enter the phone number you want to call (up to 32 digits), by pressing the number keys. The phone numbers display from left to right.
2.Press 
to place a call to the entered phone number.
Incoming
Your phone signals an incoming call or message in the following
ways:
•An animation message
•The backlight illuminates
•The red LED indicator flashes
•The ringer sounds (unless you have set the ringer to vibrate or off)
Incoming call notification continues until one of the following events
occurs:
•You answer the call
•The calling party ends the call
