Note: Storing pauses is convenient if you plan to call the number frequently.

Erasing individual phone book entries

To erase an existing entry from either the Find or Find Entry option.

1.In standby mode, press to display the Main menu.

2.Press for Phone Book.

3.Press for Find.

4.Press to highlight the phone book entry and press .

5.Press to display the following menu options.

6.Press to highlight the Erase option.

7.Press . The phone prompts Yes or No.

8.Press to highlight your option.

9.Press to confirm (Yes) and erase the Phone Book entry, or

press to cancel (No) the Erase command.

Erasing your phone book

You can erase all the numbers stored in your Phone Book. This is useful if you want to give your phone to a friend or family member, or if you need to erase all of your phone numbers.

1.In standby mode, press to display the Main menu.

2.Press for Security. Enter your current 4-digit lock code.

3.Press for Erase PBook. A confirmation message displays asking if you still want to Erase.

4.Select Yes and press to erase the Phone Book entirely, or press

to cancel the operation. Erasing Phone Book displays. The phone then returns to standby mode.
