Troubleshooting

If you have difficulty operating your telephone, please try the suggestions below. For complete instructions, please refer to the user’s manual provided with your LS5145/LS5146 telephone system, which can be downloaded from our website at www.vtechphones.com or www.vtechcanada.com.

• Make sure the handset battery is installed and charged correctly. For optimum daily performance,

Wait for approximately 15 seconds, then plug it back in. Allow up to one minute for the handset

 

and telephone base to reset.

 

• Remove and re-insert the battery. If that still does not work, it may be necessary to purchase a

 

new battery.
