Turn the On/Off/Volume Knob clockwise to increase the volume, or counterclockwise to decrease the volume.

SELECT A CHANNEL

Your radio offers 4 conventional channels.

To select a channel, press the !or"buttons until you reach the desired channel.

RECEIVE A CALL

1Turn your radio on.

2Adjust the radio’s volume.

3!or"to select the desired channel.

Make sure the PTT button is released.

4Listen for voice activity.

The LED indicator lights green while your radio is receiving.

5To respond, hold the radio vertically 1 to 2 inches (2.5 to 5cm) from your mouth. Press the PTT button to talk; release it to listen.
