Message Window Is Blank

Make sure the power cord is securely connected (and threaded through the strain relief tab) to both the answering system and an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.

Press Oto make sure the system is on.

Message Window Displays

Delete

Ð Memo record

Ð Telephone conversation record CL Clock needs to be reset

ÐÐSystem busy, in use or in remote access mode

FMemory is full

CP System is copying a message from one mailbox to another

System is busy

Power Failure Recovery

If the system is disconnected from AC power it will not operate. Your announcement and messages are retained in memory during a power failure but you will need to reset the clock. See the instructions on the bottom of the unit.

If the message window displays CL, you need to reset the clock. See the instructions on the bottom of the unit.
