Activ./Deactiv.	Activates/cancels automatic call back if the
	first call was unsuccessful.
Forbidden num.	List of numbers where automatic call back
	was unsuccessful (10 unsuccessful
	attempts).
Reset to 0	Reset the black list.

CALL BARS
Outgoing	Activates/cancels call barring. This option
	is applicable in the following cases:
Except Dir	Calls to a number not stored in the
	phone’s directory are barred.
All (2)	All outgoing calls are barred.
International (2)	Outgoing international calls are barred.
Except->Home (2)	Outgoing calls except those to the
	subscription country are barred.
