To assign your own authority level to another phone:

1.Lift the handset and press numeric key * 75 *

2.Enter authorization code and press *

3.You receive verification tone

4.Enter your own extension number and press #

5.You receive verification tone, Dial the digit or digits to get an external line and the external number.

To change your individual authorization code:

1.Lift the handset and press numeric keys * 74 *

2.Enter old authorization code and press *

3.Enter new authorization code and press #

4.You receive verification tone.
