CALL FORWARD PASSWORD

This service protects the user from having the Call Forward feature misused. A password must be defined by a technician via an M&A command before this procedure is used.

To forward incoming calls to another extension using Call Forward All Calls, Busy/No Answer, or No Answer:

Action

1.Lift handset.

2.Dial the call forward registration code _____ .

3.Dial the extension number where you want your calls forwarded.

4.Enter your password.

5.Hang up.

Results

You hear dial tone.

You hear dial tone.

You hear dial tone.

You hear service tone. If the password is not authorized, you hear reorder tone.
