SETTING THE CLOCK

While in the function menu, move the cursor left to the SET TIME symbol by pressing Š.

Press ç to display the SET TIME screen.The cur- sor flashes in the hour position. PressingŠ incre- ments the flashing digits.This is defined by the+

symbol shown on the display above the button.

Press Š to advance to the desired hour.

Press to move the cursor to the minute field.

Repeat the process for each field hour, minute, AM/PM/24 hr., day/month/year.

Press ç to initiate the change.

If you move your cursor past the last field in the row (far right), it automatically wraps around and appears at the first function symbol in that row (far left).

NOTE: To escape from any field without making any changes, press è.

SETTING THE ALERT PATTERN

NOTE: The pager must be in the audible alert mode to select an alert pattern.The select alert menu is not displayed on the function menu if the pager is in the silent mode.

Press ç to display the function menu.

Press Š to move the cursor to the set alert é symbol.

Press ç to display the SET ALERT screen.
