Deleting Information from the Caller ID List

The TRU 3485 stores up to 50 messages. If the phone receives the 51st message, the oldest one in the list is automatically deleted. Caller ID data can also be deleted manually.

Deleting a Caller ID message

•While using the

“Delete All?“ or

“Delete Message?“

1	Press	cid . Display the message to be deleted from
	the Caller ID list by pressing		•	or	ª	.
2	Press	delete/int com .
3	Press	• or ª to select “Yes“		o r	“No“ .
4	Press	or delete/int com .

operation is canceled

When the pointer is at “ Yes“ :

A tone sounds and the Caller ID message is deleted. The next Caller ID message is then displayed.

When the pointer is at “ No“ :

The display returns to the Caller ID message.
