Viewing Flash Memory Files

The Flash Storage folder is a rewritable location for programs or data files. The benefit of this feature is that files and programs saved in Flash Storage are unaffected by the PA600 power status.

Access Flash Memory files through the following:

1. On the PA600, double-tap My Device, double-tap Flash Storage.

Transfer files to the Device’s Flash Memory through the following:

1.Connect the PA600 to the computer. See Synchronizing with the Computer on page 29.

2.In Microsoft ActiveSync window on the computer, click Explore. To copy the file to the PA600, right-click the file and click Copy. Place the cursor in the PA600’s flash storage folder, right-click, and click Paste.
